Stoick practice

Sloppy practice doodles of book!Stoick  I'll get him eventually. _{He's supposed to be fatter…pff} 
He may not be very intelligent…actually he's a gigantic idiot, but he doesn't love his son any less than his movie version does. It's a really explosive relationship…seems like at the beginning of every book, he's yelling at Hiccup for writing or drawing or just for being a geek in general…and by the end of each one, he's always hugging the life out of him and thanking all the gods that the little bugger is okay.
